Dear prospective client, 

I write this letter to share how I became a hair and makeup artist, so you could further decide if I'd be the right person for your project.

While I've always been fascinated with the human face, the possibility of what we can do with what we've got is infinitely more interesting and empowering for me.

Before I became a hair and makeup artist, I drew portraits. One day, I ran out of the peachy colored pencil used to render the cheeks. A blush compact nearby became my instinctive substitute of choice. As I buffed the fine powder into the paper one layer at a time, the result was so pleasant that I decided to try it on real people! And the rest, as they say, is history....

While both art forms, makeup along with hair can change lives in a way portraitures never can. Unlike with paintings resigned to a museum wall, my clients step into the world every day, and use their talent, beauty and grace to make things happen!

Over the years, I've had the privilege of using the transformative power of hair and makeup to help my clients project images of success for their enterprises, take their lover's breaths away on their wedding days, or simply look and feel their absolute bests on a daily basis.

A beautiful face is a terrible thing to waste. As a hair and makeup artist, my job is to pick up where nature left off, and work with you to finish your narratives so they can tell your story to the world.
